My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and the beds were really comfy, although the room felt a bit chilly initially. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. The location was nice, central in Mildenhall, but could do with improvements in breakfast quality and addressing heating issues in the Suites. The dining experience was good, although there was some delay in serving. The setting by beautiful gardens was a highlight.
